While his beginning experience roots way back to the MySpace age of modifying HTML, Caleb has been making a career of the web industry since 2013. He has built and managed numerous websites over the years, making sure each and every one maximizes ROI for the client. As a web support engineer for over 8 years, he has experience working directly with customers using an array of website builders and tools for all stakeholders to collaborate efficiently.

Caleb has a deep understanding of the WordPress ecosystem: PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and the right hosting stack required to make these pieces work in harmony. Each website Caleb has built is optimized from the ground up, using a combination of tools trusted by the web industry. His heavy focus on web performance and security practices has resulted in an average of 99.9% website uptime and a strong record of no security incidents for any sites actively managed by our team.

Caleb has an extensive background working under some of the web industry’s most successful companies, such as Weebly, Square, Managed.com, Flywheel, and WP Engine. He balances his time between being a dad, building websites, a full time job, playing guitar, tinkering on old Volkswagens, and being the go-to tech support representative in the family.

Rob Morrissey

Digital Solutions Specialist

ReadySetSites’ Digital Solutions Specialist, Rob Morrissey, has been working in the tech industry since 2014. He graduated Cum Laude from the Peter Kiewit Institute at the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor of Science degree in IT Innovation. His work experience is in web development, business, and creative information technology. He has worked for different tech start-ups and over the past four years has concentrated his efforts in the web development field. 

Rob brings a vast spectrum of IT skills that will provide the best experience and understanding of websites and technology. His work experience includes being an IT Admin for a unicorn startup, and a web support engineer for companies such as Flywheel and WP Engine. In addition, he has assisted a university department head in researching the deep web under a contract with the USA Department of Defense.

He currently resides in Sydney, Australia, allowing ReadySetSites to have a worldwide team so that websites are properly managed and supported 24/7/365!
